The E.W. Scripps Company is looking for a highly-motivated Web Designer that can hit the ground running - we're building a graphics HUB in Tampa, Florida to serve our 10 television stations across the country and need a talented individual to lead our Web efforts.
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of graphics and art related work efforts in News and Non-News with a focus on Web, Flash, Action Script and Rich Media.
• Animate own designs or client driven designs using tools such as Flash, Action Script, Dreamweaver with Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Java Script.
• Assists in management and oversight of the Design and Animation process for Online advertisement and Flash applications that include individual show package graphics, station, commercial and other projects as assigned.
• Posses working knowledge with Rich Media, Online Promotion, Splash Page Design, Website Building Skills and Web Advertising.
• Experience in Ad Serving Technologies and Tools
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under tight deadlines.
